Luxury Lake Cabin Art Therapy Retreat (Ladies)

Thinking about an amazing all inclusive weekend of serious relxation, connection with yourself and other like minded ladies, insightful creative art therapy, and gourmet meals -  all in a beautiful luxury log cabin on Lauderdale Lakes, surrounded by woods and tranquility with incredible opportunities for peace and relaxation?  Then THIS is the retreat you have been waiting for! 

The adventure begins with gathering on Friday evening (May 17th - just north of elkhorn, WI) where you will be greeted with a welcoming social with a light dinner buffet, desserts and beverages while you settle in to your accommodations and mingle with new friends.  Each participant will have a detailed itinerary of the timing of the weekend's activities, including working on an art project I will lead them through.  

On Saturday, May 18th, SLEEP IN!  (a little) wake up slow, and enjoy the birds with coffee or tea and a delicious scratch made breakfast,  including cinnamon french toast with berries, eggs,  ham off the bone,  and MIMOSAS,  We will begin our day of creative expression with sessions of  enlightening exercises geared toward helping you find your most creative inner being, and appreciate your true gifts and talents. You will be guided through a creative project that you will get the chance to complete throughout the day  and you will have plenty of space to work at your own pace on your project to complete and take home with you. 

A mid day break will allow time to walk the grounds, explore the lake, or stay in and enjoy a light lunch of salads and fruits. 

You can interact with the group as much as you like, and also spend time in solitude if you like - bring your journal or a favorit book if you like to take a break from our art projects. 

In the evening, you will be presented with a gourmet 4 course dinner including choice of beverage or  wine,   honey goat cheese and berry salad with  vinaigrette, and a dinner selection of glazed caribbean shrimp with pineapple rice or chicken pasta primavera, and delicious scratch made blackberry cobbler for dessert, paired with a selection of wines and beverages.  There will be personal time and opportunities for group activities. 

Before retiring for the night, there will be an (optional) opportunity for personal prayer, reflection and meditation, as I will perform a healing 'sound bath' of healing frequencies for your total relaxation prior to retiring for the day. This will include 428 Hz vibe drum, (imagine a way cool xylaphone),  and tibetian "singing pans".  You will absolutely melt into an amazing feeling of balance and wellness. 

Sunday morning, another gourmet breakfast with crepes and fresh berries with coffee/tea and juices will be available from 8:30 am until 9:00 am and checkout will be at 9:30. You can explore on your own the rest of the day - or head on home at your leisure.

Also included is your accommodation, and THERE ARE ONLY 6 AVAILABLE SPOTS!  Please review the tickets carefully. Each ticket is for a unique room. Two of the rooms are double occupancy, and a third can be single or double occupancy.  Each is priced accordingly. Please choose the ticket according to your desired type of room accommodation.

Please note that this retreat is for WOMEN only, and there is a strick no smoking policy anywhere on the premises.
