Door County Art Therapy Retreat (Ladies)

Are you ready for an amazing all inclusive weekend of serious relxation, connection with yourself and other like minded ladies, amazing creative therapy, and gourmet meals -  all in a secluded natural setting with incredible views and the beauty of Door County woods and water?  Then THIS is the retreat you have been waiting for! 

The adventure begins with gathering on Friday evening (April 12th - in Egg Harbor, WI) where you will be greeted with creative charcuterie and beverages,  light dinner buffet and desserts while you settle in to your accommodations and mingle with new friends.  Each participant will have the opportunity to bring their own art project or participate in a project I will lead them through.  

On Saturday, April 13th, SLEEP IN!  (a little) then after a delicious scratch made breakfast,  including cinnamon french toast with berries, eggs,  ham off the bone,  lattes/coffees, teas and MIMOSAS,  we will begin our day of creative expression with sessions of  enlightening exercises geared toward helping you find your most creative inner being, and appreciate your true gifts and talents. There will be plenty of space to work at your own pace on your art project (painting or table top art project) that you bring, or you can participate in an art project with me that you will complete and take with you. 

A mid day break will allow time to walk the grounds, explore a bit of Door County, or stay in and enjoy a light lunch of chicken salad on croissant with fruit salad. 

You can interact with the group as much as you like, and also spend time in solitude if you like - bring your journal or a favorit book if you like to take a break from our art projects. 

In the evening, you will be presented with a gourmet 4 course dinner including sparkling wine, appetizers,  honey goat cheese and berry salad with  vinaigrette, and a dinner selection of fettuccini  alfredo with chicken and broccoli or garlic shrimp scampi white wine sauce, and delicious scratch made cheesecake for dessert, paired with a selection of wines and beverages.  

Before retiring for the night, there will be an (optional) opportunity for personal prayer, reflection and meditation, as I will perform a healing 'sound bath' of healing frequencies for your total relaxation prior to retiring for the day. This will include 428 Hz vibe drum, (imagine a way cool xylaphone), native american flute, and tibetian singing bowls.  You will absolutely melt into an amazing feeling of balance and wellness. 

Sunday morning, another gourmet breakfast with crepes, eggs and fresh breakfast sausage with lattes and juices will be available from 8 am until 9:00 am and checkout will be at 9:30. You can explore Door County the rest of the day - or head on home at your leisure.

There are three single occupancy and two double occupancy tickets available.  Each is priced accordingly. Please choose the ticket according to your desired type of room accommodation.

Please note that this retreat id for WOMEN only, and there is a strick no smoking policy anywhere on the premises.
